Terms & Conditions
Services
Quilli provides content-writing and copywriting services for businesses and organisations. This includes creative writing, advertising copy, social media content and corporate content. The specific scope of each project is agreed with you before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project if we believe the requested content may breach legal obligations, platform rules or our professional standards.
How to Use the Site
This website is for informational and commercial purposes related to Quilli's content-writing services. You may browse the site, view our work and submit enquiries or project briefs. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server or database
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material
- Scrape, copy or republish content from the site without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, with or without notice.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, you must first create an account. Once your account has been verified, sign in and navigate to the content service you require. Choose the format that best fits your project: creative writing, advertising, social media or corporate content.
Select your preferred word count, quality level, turnaround time, number of images and quantity. The price will update as you make your selections, allowing you to review the cost before continuing.
Add the subject of your project, any relevant references and supporting documents. Use the detailed brief form when you need to provide more information about the intended voice, audience or other requirements. Review the details of your order before submitting it.
Payments
All fees must be paid in advance of work commencing. We accept payment by debit and credit. Prices are stated in the currency selected.
You will see QUILLI as your billing descriptor on your bank statement.
Delivery
Completed content will be delivered electronically by email or through an agreed digital file-sharing method. Delivery timelines are agreed on a project-by-project basis and confirmed in your proposal.
We will supply one draft for your review. You may request revisions within the agreed scope of work. The number of revision rounds included in the price will be stated in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to an additional fee.
Final content will be delivered once you have approved the work or once the agreed revision rounds are complete. If you do not respond to a draft within [ADD: number of days], we may treat the work as approved and deliver the final version.
Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your project at any time before work begins by notifying us in writing. If you cancel before any work has been completed, you will receive a full refund.
Once work has started, refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If you cancel after a draft has been supplied, payment is non-refundable as work has been completed.
If we are unable to complete your project due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
If you are a consumer and you cancel within 14 days of placing your order, standard consumer rights apply. However, if you have requested that work begins immediately and we have completed the service within that period, you may not be entitled to a refund.

We are not liable for any infringement claims arising from third-party content included at your request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, reputation, business opportunity or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Quilli harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
